Kool London started off broadcasting primarily early UK Hardcore, laying down the foundations for Jungle/Drum & Bass. Kool London was the first organization to take the Jungle sound it helped pioneer from out of London to the Midlands and then to mainland Europe. The station now plays predominantly Drum & Bass, Jungle, Hardcore & Oldskool plus other underground and urban music with specialist shows catering for Dancehall, Reggae, Rare Grooves, Revival, Dubstep, UK House & Garage and Hip Hop.
